Position Purpose:
The Marketing Assistant will be spearheading organizational efforts to streamline the process for company branded materials fulfillment and inventory. Charged with, managing and maintaining incoming internal requests and on-hand item supply and vendor reordering. Under their watch, all branded items inventory will be managed and maintained, quarterly in-depth stock reviews. The position also plays a role in getting special market requests and company store items distributed.
The Marketing Assistant helps achieve overall department goals and success for on-going projects, while helping maintain accuracy of organization details and materials across physical and digital platforms.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for maintaining product order fulfillment and inventory at all facilities via Google Forms and Sheets.
- Work directly with the Brand & Marketing Manager and Executive Vice President to fulfill and ship orders - both for internal requests and on-hand supply.
- Maintain continued detailed order records, both internally and externally.
- Facilitate quarterly in-depth inventory reviews at all site locations.
- Responsible for notifying proper channels when reorder points are hit or passed.
- Coordinate with teams across the organization’s footprint to maintain accurate, real-time supply quantities.
- Communicate with employees across our organization regarding orders, branded items or other related marketing efforts.
- Related marketing administrative duties assigned to assist in implementation of department efforts.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Education and Certification:
- Applicants must hold a valid DL, registered and insured vehicle.
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Exposure to career/study paths including, business administration, supply chain management, marketing, communication, sales, or other related fields
- Comprehensive experience with spreadsheet management
Skills and Abilities
- Proficient working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets and forms
- Basic computer literacy to print shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and update order statuses
Physical Activities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to push/pull loads exceeding 100lbs when on a cart with wheels
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk several miles per shift in a multitude of environments (i.e. concrete floors, stairs, uneven surfaces)
- Frequent bending, reaching, crouching and climbing ladders or stools to access inventory from various shelf heights
